Punchy puffin

  After a long day at the Great Saltee Island finally the sun, at 10pm, starts giving us the perfect light for portraits. This puffin was standing on top of a mount close to its nest, with the sunset behind it. Puffins are such small birds but with an incredibly huge personality. I wanted to capture their character so I lied down to get this view that made it look bigger, and the colorful backgound added punch. Every year I spend a weekend with them for absolute bird bliss.
